In Brazil they want to be like all other countries. So like the french and the English they want to be completely different then other parts of the world. Therefor Fathers day, Mothers day and valentines are completely off from the rest of the world. (Yes dad I will call you on the fathers day in Sweden not the Brazilian day)

We went to Carolinas Fathers house this weekend to Celebrate his day.

The run down!

1. Took the subway out to his house.
2. Ate some kick ass xlent Codfish “Bacalhau”
3. Played with his remote helicopter.
4. Broke the helicopter (and the spinning toy that made music)
5. Pumped 7 adults and a baby in a VW GOL. (Yes mum we all wore seatbelts) <– Bigg lie

Hello friends and my mum!

So this week my work has brought me to a town call Recife. A couple of million people live here.

How they drive is a mystery. Ive seen videos on youtube but this is ridiculous. Oh and they all have guns in the car so you can’t piss em off. Well you can but your chances of not getting shot are slim to none.

What realy hurts is that very close to here are the dunes and wonderful beaches of porto de galinhas. I guess next time if im lucky I can bring Carolina and we can go to these places together.

By the way a CocoNut water here is 0.80 Reais and in Rio its 2.50Reais. 50cents verus 1,53USD.  (mamma i andra ord 3Kr här och 10kr i rio)

Thursday the 24th of July the container of my stuff came.

That’s 2 and a half months of waiting for my stuff to arrive. Now that is LONG!

only 2 cups broken and one speaker cover broke. Not to bad considering.
